How does permanent placement with “Try & Hire” work at Adia?

Would you like to hire a candidate on a permanent basis after an assignment? You can now indicate in Adia, when creating a job request, that the assignment includes an option for permanent employment.


Potential candidates will see this information in the Adia app and can apply accordingly. The duration of the assignment can be freely chosen, between 1 day and 3 months.


In order for employees to be taken on free of charge at the end of the assignment, they must have worked at least 3 months or 540 hours via Adia for your company.


If a candidate is hired earlier, Adia’s general terms and conditions for permanent placements apply. In this case, the hours already worked can be deducted proportionally from the placement fee.


The fee for hiring a candidate permanently is calculated based on the candidate’s gross annual salary:


• CHF 5,300 if the gross annual salary is < CHF 75,000
• CHF 6,300 if the gross annual salary is ≥ CHF 75,000 and < CHF 100,000
• CHF 9,200 if the gross annual salary is ≥ CHF 100,000


The fee is independent of the contract duration (fixed-term or permanent) and the workload (full-time or part-time).


Example:


You would like to hire a chef permanently after they have worked 180 hours via Adia:


CHF 5,300 / 540 × 360 = CHF 3,533.35 placement fee
