If the hired employee does not arrive at his/her shift because of an illness, please contact the Adia Team immediately by writting to support@adia.ch. If there is an urgent need, a new job order for the replacement position should be activated as soon as possible. You can do this in the Employer Portal by using one of your previous job orders as a template to save time.
The employee is required to report directly to Adia in case of illness or no-show. Adia will block the employee from the platform if the cancellation stays unexcused.
