How is invoicing handled?

Adia issues invoices weekly on Friday afternoons. By default, invoices are sent via email to the registered billing address.

Please note:

  • The standard payment term is 7 days from the invoice date.
  • If you have a specific billing email address, we kindly ask you to inform us – this ensures accurate and timely delivery.
  • If anything on the invoice appears incorrect or unclear, please contact us immediately at support@adia.ch – we’re happy to assist you.
