Adia issues invoices weekly every Friday afternoon. By default, these are sent by email to the stored billing address.
Please note:
- The standard payment term is 7 days from the invoice date.
- If you use a separate billing address or a specific email address for invoices, please let us know. This ensures that invoices are delivered correctly and on time.
Since June 2026, Adia has been using Invevo for invoice tracking. A corresponding note can be found at the bottom of your invoice.

With each payment reminder, you will receive a secure access link valid for 7 days. This link takes you to your personal customer portal, where you can:
- View your account statement
- Download invoice copies (excluding manual receipts)
- Submit questions or complaints directly regarding reminders
- Record payment commitments
