The status of your application is available within the App. You can find and organise your applications by clicking on Menu, then My Jobs. You will then see pending, active and completed applications. Pending are the jobs you applied for but are not yet hired. Active are the job assignments in the future you got hired for. Competed Shifts are the job assignment you successfully applied for and already completed it in the past.
