Once you have been hired for a job, you can contact the client company directly via the chat function in the Adia app. You’ll find it at the bottom of the menu under “Chat.”
Please note: You can only communicate with companies where you are currently scheduled or will be working in the future.
In some cases, the client company may also contact you via SMS or WhatsApp, for example if there are last-minute questions or changes to the assignment.
