Is Adia free?

Adia is a digital platform for temporary staff in the hospitality industry, allowing companies to create a job order within minutes, which is then sent to 500–1000 suitable workers. Employers can then select matching candidates and hire them with a single click.

Our pricing is fully transparent and includes all employee and employer social security contributions, full employer risk, as well as all personnel and payroll administration. As a customer, you can create a search order in just a few steps, hire candidates, and—after the assignment—confirm the actual working hours of the employee. We take care of everything else! You only pay for the actual hours worked by the temporary employees.

The effective rate for an employee via Adia in the self-service model is based on the hourly wage you set, multiplied by a factor that depends on your order volume.

If you prefer that we handle the entire recruitment process for you, we can do so for a higher multiplier.
