Why have I not received my money yet?

For every assignment completed, you must check in and out. After you have checked out, your employer must approve your hourly report, we will then arrange payment to your account within 48 hours. If you have not received a payment after multiple days then contact support@adia.ch. Depending on which bank you use, the amount of business days will vary before the money actually enters your account. Please make sure that you check in and out correctly. As a precaution, check if you have your IBAN and AHV number correctly filled in. 

Additionally, please note that:

  • Payment of holiday compensation is always included in each payment
  • If there are any mistakes in your payment please contact payroll@adia.ch
  • For longer assignments your payments may be split into different pay-outs with separate salary statements
